You think I’m kidding? I’m not!
Changes during Menopause are real. Hot flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, mood changes, double exhaustion, weight gain, thinning hair, joint pains, body aches…and malfunctions (gasp)…
These are just a few, perhaps the most recognizable signs.
And yes, they hit me too! Each one of ‘em.
After a couple of years (yikes!) giving into them and almost accepting them as the ‘new normal’, I decided to challenge them.
Deep inside I knew I could do better and that NATURE is on my side if I honor her.
No running to the doctor getting pills that may fix one problem and make the next one worse for no good reason. NO!
I started a journey of regeneration, standing up to menopause and honing in on NATURE’s aids and opportunities.
I started listening to the signs my body and my mind would tell me. I committed to listening to every single one and replied with first slight, then more determined changes, finding tangible solution time after time that made all the difference in my body’s wellness: physically, mentally and spiritually.
Yes, spiritually too. It’s a thing. And it’s a grand part of it all.
Regenerating the body is a process but I found what works for me, for my well-being, my aging beauty and my physical and mental health. And since I get asked, again and again, I’ll be sharing what has a positive effect on my well-being in my stories as well.
Perhaps it’s something you can try out for your Self too.
To start let me just tell you this: it’s much more than this Elixir. It’s a whole nutritional system. There are not many health and wellness related products that convince me nowadays. But I’ve been a fan since 2015, becoming a part of the global Isagenix family in 2017.
Ever since I feel I have a partner on my side that truly cares, and a global community on my side that supports and cheers.
All in all, there is no way but to desire ‘better’. For one Self, and for all.
