By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered through Kerstin Ide (“Me”) of KERSTIN IDE LLC (the “Business”) and http://www.mynextstep101.com (the “website”) and/or communicating with Me in any fashion, you are attesting that you have read this Legal Disclaimer and the Terms of Service for Spiritual Consultations.
An Intuitive Spiritual Consultation and any form of Card Reading (the “Spiritual Consultation”) is subject to interpretation and should not be taken as Absolute. A Spiritual Consultation is never 100% accurate. All Spiritual Consultations given by Me are for entertainment purposes only, and no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy of a Spiritual Consultation. A Spiritual Consultation does not replace Professional Medical/Legal/Financial/Business/Psychological Opinion, Advice and Service. It will not force you to follow a particular course of action, or attempt to exert any form of control over your free will and common sense. The contents of a Spiritual Consultation are not legally binding. Any decisions made, or actions taken by you as a result of your Spiritual Consultation are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you by Me. I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my Spiritual Consultation. - Spiritual Consultations are scheduled and paid for in advance.
- Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund if the cancellation is in writing and with a 48-hour notice.
- Any session cancelled to a non-emergency and with less than a 48-hour notice given is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- You have had the chance and taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and Terms of Service agreement.
