Orders

All items must be paid for in full at time of purchase. All orders are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Business Hours

Our business hours for personal consultations are flexible depending on our travel schedule. In general they are Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time for the US, and 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CET for Europe. 

Shipping

e-Courses purchased online are available immediately or no later than the next start date of the course after purchase.

All product orders generally ship within five (5) business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. All items are shipped via USPS for the US and The Post Office or DHL for Europe. Kerstin Ide LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged orders.

Payment Options

Terms of payment are within Kerstin Ide LLC’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Kerstin Ide LLC, payment must be received prior to acceptance of an order. Payments for e-courses, consultations and products may be made by credit card, or some other pre-arranged payment method, unless credit terms have been agreed to by Kerstin Ide LLC. 

Orders are not binding on Kerstin Ide LLC until accepted by Kerstin Ide LLC.

General Terms

We may revise and discontinue e-courses, consultations or products at any time. We reserve the right to limit order quantity at any time without notice. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order with Kerstin Ide LLC, you agree that you are buying Kerstin Ide LLC’s e-courses, consultations and products for your own use, only, and not for resale.
