Right now, change is happening on a much larger scale than what we’ve known so far. Our generation—Generation X—has seen and experienced much progress in the world during this lifetime. And let’s be honest: for many it’s been a challenge to buy into some of the New or keep up with the pace and ‘futuristic’ developments.
We’ve tried to put a cap on much of it for years now, but it’s no longer possible.
What’s happening is not a reset, this is a MAJOR SHIFT. During this time of the pandemic we shatter a glass ceiling and enter a new way of existing.
And how timely since we’re heading toward our midlife progression into maturity, the last 7 years preparing for the next 30+ years in our life. During this time we are supposed to prepare for a major shift in our life anyway.
And now the Universe is asking us to step up and be hands-on guides, supporters, teachers and trailblazers all in one.
Do you have a good idea what your role from now on is?
Do you have a firm grip on who you are, why you are here and what you are supposed to contribute?
This is not about having or doing a job.
This is about independently understanding how to bring one’s talent and skills into the collective. This is about helping establishing a new way of how things are done–for one self and others.

Check your birth chart (horoscope): if you’re Gen-X like me, your Pluto is in Virgo, perhaps already in Libra.
What does that mean?
Simple: you will have a responsibility of helping to establish the new structure and the new way of living.
Not by pushing outdated agendas and beating dead policies of the past, but using the foundation of human frameworks and connecting them successful with the new way of the world. This is true for all 12 key experience areas in life.
If you have not yet caught on to this huge responsibility, it’s time to get on board and establish your place, your part, your success in this New World.
There’s no need to be scared and stay behind. We’re in this together and, let’s be honest, figuring it out together is much more fun.
